A Tae Kwon Do based martial art with Chinese and Western influences. Our aim is to teach martial arts in a safe environment focusing on physical, mental and spiritual aspects. For adults, children and families of all capabilities (age 7+) from 6.30pm - 8.30pm every Wednesday.
