Starting at the Mokena Geyser the track zigzags its way to a lookout which passes through mature pines and puriri planted in the early 1900’s. 

The lookout provides a stunning view of Te Aroha township, the wetlands, river and beyond where you can relax and enjoy your chocolate reward. 

An Easter Egg Hunt for children will take place between 11am and 12pm for registered hunters.  To register, pop in to the Te Aroha i- Site before you leave to pay for your ticket ($3) and walk to Whakapipi at a pace that suits you.
