Kaimai Summit Loop

This walk has some beautiful large canopy trees, understorey, groundcover plants, lichens, ferns, orchids and epiphytes. 

The track starts at the northern end of the car park at the Kaimai Summit on SH29.

The track crosses a small stream, which can be impassable after heavy rain.

Follow the North South Track for about 10 minutes until reaching a track junction.
